When can I expect to receive the goods?
We try to process all orders on the same day, or the following day (on working days). It does depend a little on where you live but most will have received their order within 3 – 5 working days.
You will receive an email to notify you when your order has been shipped. .
If we are out of stock, you will be informed in a timely manner. It is then up to you to decide whether to wait for the product, change to another product or cancel your order.
If your package is not delivered on time and there is no status via the tracking link you have received, please contact us.
